It is a small, handmade project born at the foot of Mt. Fuji in Japan.
We do not aim to produce more.
We aim to preserve what already exists ?
the fleeting seasons, the fragile flowers, and the landscapes that disappear if no one cares for them.
Every jar we make contains a piece of that scenery.
Peach blossoms bloom for only a short moment each year.
Within days, the petals fall and vanish.
We carefully hand-pick these flowers at their peak
and gently preserve them in glass jars.
When you pour hot water or sparkling drinks,
the petals bloom once again ? just for you.

Our jams are produced by hand, in small batches,
using fruits grown by local farmers.

ただのジャムを作るブランドではありません。
私たちが作っているのは、
富士山の麓にある、山梨の季節の風景そのものです。
桃の花が咲くのは、ほんのわずかな期間です。
満開になったと思ったら、すぐに散ってしまいます。
私たちは、その一瞬の美しさを
人の手で丁寧に摘み取り、瓶の中に閉じ込めました。
お湯や炭酸を注ぐと、
花びらはもう一度、静かに咲き始めます。
それは再現ではなく、
